Having done my schooling from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya and MBA in Finance from DAVV, Indore I started working for Transport Corporation of India Ltd and Force Motors Ltd as logistics officer and excise auditor. After a year of work, I realised I was merely trading my time for money, repeating a set of tasks on daily basis like a robot. I had no idea what I deserved or needed at that point but working my life off for someone's else success was definitely not it. I wanted to work independently , on myself for myself. Synture gave me this opportunity to invest in myself and ROI here has no limits. When I joined here, the business and people were quiet new to me, I had no idea about the working and system but the excitement in people around made me stay. The Best part here is the "Holistic Management Profile" which let's me learn everything from Sales, Marketing ,HRM , Team Management, Operations to Administration, Finance, Client Handling; with a proper training module- Global Learning Training Module also giving me an opportunity to travel and exposé myself and the dynamic business further. It still sounds crazy to begin from a simple pleasant smile and learning to interact with people and ending up developing communication and interpersonal skills, a confident approach and attitude towards work and life and the most important an attractive and amazing personality. The journey from Vinay to Mr Vinay Singh Baghel would have never been possible without the guidance and support from my mentor Mr Vishal Varma and our HR Manushree Soni. Under their mentorship I have learned to handle global clients, simultaneously working as a leader and handling a team. Synture has not only been a great part of my journey of change but has also changed my perspective towards life and career. The journey wasn't easy no one said it would be but than it was worth it all, and so I'm obliged to achieve the next level of management that would be Assistant Business Owner and than very soon be the Owner of my company that would be The Graffiti Inc.
